Place is nice, and doesn’t have mold or anything so it’s nice. I’ve been living here for over a year and it’s been good. Garbage gets over filled like every other week and the maintenance takes forever to respond but recently they’ve start a new thing where you can text a rep. And they’ll respond which is nice since getting ahold of people at PTLA management is hard. Overall it’s better than on the streets.
