No more than two animals are allowed per apartment, and cats and dogs have a weight limit of 40 lbs. Aggressive breeds will not be allowed. A $300 deposit, a $300 non-refundable animal fee, and prior approval from management will be required. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum, on the first floor only, with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease. Breed Restrictions do apply, ask management for full list of breed restrictions.

Lived here for a year while in school. Repairs were prompt when you gave proper detail of the problem at hand. Everyone I dealt with was very polite too. Rent was also well priced.

I worked with Christian to view apartments and apply and it would have been impossible for him to be more helpful and accommodating than he was.
