A $300 deposit, a $300 non-refundable animal fee, and prior approval from management will be required. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum, on the first floor only, with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease. Breed Restrictions do apply, ask management for full list of breed restrictions.

Lived here for a year while in school. Repairs were prompt when you gave proper detail of the problem at hand. Everyone I dealt with was very polite too. Rent was also well priced.
