Not only is Central Washington University being just around the corner for your convivence, but the complex also offers various amenities to use such as a gym, playground, volleyball and basketball court!

Lived here for a year while in school. Repairs were prompt when you gave proper detail of the problem at hand. Everyone I dealt with was very polite too. Rent was also well priced.

I worked with Christian to view apartments and apply and it would have been impossible for him to be more helpful and accommodating than he was. He had worked with me only a few moments before he understood my needs. I have great faith in the future of this apartment complex in the hands of this young man.
