A $300 deposit, a $300 non-refundable animal fee, and prior approval from management will be required. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum, on the first floor only, with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease. Lived here for a year while in school. Repairs were prompt when you gave proper detail of the problem at hand. Everyone I dealt with was very polite too. Rent was also well priced.
