This place has a unique layout that makes it perfect for a working disabled person using a walker or wheelchair. The wide doorways and unusual door placement in the hallway make it easy to get in and out of the bathroom, and the open kitchen/living room layout is unique in the Lubbock area, where everybody else uses a narrow galley kitchen. It's not for everybody, but being able to keep a wide open space in front of the refrigerator, sink, and oven makes everything super easy to access. If you live alone and don't need a lot of storage, everything in here is new, built to a high standard, and managed by super friendly professional staff. I turned half my living room into a home studio/office using a conference table for a desk. If you need high bandwidth for a home office, this place works great with AT&T Fiber. The Ethernet jacks are already wired, it's faster than any competition in this area and setup took literally 10 minutes.

Such a wonderful place to live . The office folks and the maintenance people are amazing . Misty and ed are very helpful and there is one more lady that works there with Misty who is amazing as well I have put in many request to fix few items in the house and they were on it They are prime examples of what leaders should be. If you looking for a place to stay with amazing landlords and a wonderful staff , you must go here
