36 Catherine was the best place I had lived during my time in Charlotte. All work orders are taken care of promptly and the maintenance team always gives you a heads up before they show up at your door. The property is clean and management does their best to take care of any issues that arise. I would highly recommend living here!

Great location! Small complex, only 36 units. Lots of storage, huge closets, big windows, and high ceilings. It’s cheaper than most apartments in South End but there’s no pool or gym.
