I recently had an issue with my room door and needed assistance to get it unlocked. Luis from Maintenance came to help and did an outstanding job. He was prompt, professional, and very courteous. Luis quickly assessed the situation and managed to unlock the door efficiently. His expertise and friendly demeanor made the whole experience stress-free. I didn't know where else to share my reviews of the great staff that have helped me with my Lease and the issues we had with the apartment: Maria was incredibly accommodating and personable when showing my roommate and I our Unit. This is the first time in a long time that I was able to get a first floor apartment where I didn't have a neighbor using their broomstick against our floor just for dropping stuff by accident or tripping. Now that I live on the first floor, we do have a family that lives above us and I GET IT. The running I hear from upstairs is quite hilarious to me and it doesn't bother me since we're all just trying to live our lives! It's just a breath of fresh air, honestly. I don't have to worry too much about neighbors. I just turn up my TV or my Music and I'm doing just fine. The issues we had was during the week leading up to our move: I sent two emails in which none of them got responses. During this time, I had lost my voice and didn't have a voice to be able to communicate with staff over the phone. It would have been nice for my questions to be answered through email, but luckily, my roommate was able to call and get those responses to my questions. Seems like they're more reliable with phone calls. When we moved into our Unit, Our toilet seat was broken and so was our shower as we couldn't adjust the temperature. Then our plumbing was absolutely HORRENDOUS. Couldn't flush anything down the drain. The maintenance guy, Tony? Absolutely awesome guy! He came by our unit three times over the weekend and replaced a part in the shower so now we can adjust hot or cold temperatures, replaced the toilet seat so it's sturdy, and replace one part in the toilet, as well as unclogged whatever was in the drain so the bathroom is working normally. Are the pipes here at the complex old? Yes, and I can tell. Do I mind? No! Just happy to be in a bigger place at a more affordable rate compared to everywhere else.
