Me & my Family just moved into one of Wheelhouse/Boutique Apartments, and let me tell you this Mgmt Co is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. They have great clean units, and I cannot say enough about Kiley, Ella, and Hailey they have all played a part in our new move In. If you have a question or concern they get back to you ASAP, and I just LOVE THAT. I LOVE THE CARING THAT THIS MGMT CO. OFFERS. They are TOP NOTCH in what they do. So I would TOTALLY RECOMMEND Wheelhouse Mgmt for your next HOME, Thank You

We've lived at park ridge for about a month. We had 4-5 maintenance issues the first week we lived here and have had at least one every week since. Our AC has broken at least once a week and have been told by maintenance that AC is a luxury item (when it's 98° outside). They had an expert out last week that recommended replacing the unit and then it broke over the weekend. They sent someone out to verify that it's broken, but not to replace or fix it. It's now been 3 days without AC. Other notes: the sound proofing is great, we can't hear our neighbors. There are no bugs other than ants. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The trash is now removed several times a week. Edit: they have since completely replaced AC unit and it seems like we've caught up on getting things fixed. Zach has done a great job contacting us to ensure things are fixed and working well!
