We are located approx. 12 min east of C.U, Ithaca and I.C. This is a stunning, unique and beautifully landscaped property! The farm has a variety of animals including chickens, sheep, peacocks, and alpacas. We are located at the foothills of Hammond Hill State Forest and have awesome biking, skiing, horseback riding and hiking trails right out the back door! The bedroom's are furnished and include ALL utilities, Laundry, TV, wifi, dumpster, snow removal, use of outdoor summer kitchen, swimming pond, beautiful stone pavilion with outdoor bath, and a weekly housekeeper!! This is like living in our very own resort. We also have a very nice garden space and (free to residents) eggs from our chickens! The current housemates are super cool and chill, really good energy. We are all respectful, mature neat and clean, therefore we're looking for mature like minded individuals. This is by no means "student housing" although we welcome responsible individual of all ages:) We do month to month leases on the rooms, although we prefer for you to stay 6 months or more:) The rooms are available is 600.00 month + 100.00 deposit. We also have a room large room available for 800.00 with a 100.00 deposit.
