My favorite place I’ve ever lived. Definitely calling this place home for a long time. Maintenance is very responsive. Isai always comes and fixes anything we need and is so cheerful, he definitely needs a raise!

Avilla Springs’ office staff and maintenance team truly care about their residents. While moving, starting a new job, and juggling every day necessitates, the entire Avilla Springs team has been like family. They have gone above and beyond to make me feel at home. With advice from the best places to eat, upcoming events, being HUGE supporters of Melissa ISD, and every time there has been ANY concern or issue they have handled it immediately and/or have had their ROCKSTAR maintenance team get it taken care of!!! They have the biggest heart for teachers and truly take care of them! If you’re looking for a place to call home, this is it!
