FIRST AND FOREMOST CYDNIE NEEDS A RAISE! Talk about someone who gets stuff done! I have lived at McKinney Square apartments for a year now, and while no apartment complex is perfect I am grateful for stay at a community where my communication with the leasing office is effective. I truly enjoy the amenities and have referred two friends to live here now! Thank you Cydnie and Joshua for always assisting me promptly!

Definitely a 5 star rating from me, the following are the factors I chose for the basis: 1. Affordability 2. Neighborhood 3. Quality of the apartment complex 4. “Worth the money” factor 5. Management I did a thorough research before moving in, all the above factors were taken into account, and consistently everything were more than average. I just hope the management keeps putting the same level of efforts to keep this community as it is today, in terms of cleanliness, safety and quality of response. Move in experience was smooth, the management is fantastic. I think everyone living here would agree to that. The maintenance for routine service was prompt, all other requests were quickly answered. I will update my review in the coming months, so as to be updated. #update July 29-2024: Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to move to other state. I have stayed in this community for over 10 months, and my experience has been amazing. No complaints from my side. The management has been very responsive in the overall stay. Shoutout to Joshua, Sherry who have helped me with the entire move out process. I definitely recommend this community to whoever trying to search for an apartment which is well maintained, affordable, and at a great location in Mckinney. I hope the management doesn’t change. And is consistent with delivering the quality to its tenants.
