Very near to stores and pharmacies.. just a 5-10 mins walk.. Nearest to schools also, management is good.. and the property in clean and well maintained

They take care of their property but the neighborhood and schools are not good. If you are looking for a spacious, clean, well priced townhome, this is it. However it does come with some very major cons. The four star rating is for the management and the Townhomes not the schools and neighborhood.
