Thanks for checking out Switchback Apartments. We are a locally owned and professionally managed newly constructed community in Lacey, WA. Switchback is conveniently located near Cabela’s, Tolmie State Park, Costco and an abundance of shopping and dining opportunities. Our 1- and 2-bedroom units are a great value featuring quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, full size washer and dryer, A/C ports and a private balcony or patio. Our community features covered parking, EV charging stations and a clubhouse with fitness center, yoga room, business center and an outdoor seasonal pool.

After visiting many apartments in the Lacey area, I found myself putting Switchback #1 on my list. The Cabela's side of Lacey is booming with a lot of new businesses, but thankfully Switchback's location is quiet and ideal. On one side, you can easily access the freeway (Exit 111) and Hawks Prairie. On the other side, you can easily access Carpenter Rd/Pacific Ave, another freeway entrance (Exit 109), or the Sleater Kinney part of Lacey. Making an appointment to view the complex was easy. Briana, Nicole, and Thiresa are so kind and welcoming! And their newest staff was so nice to even help show the garbage/recycling area. I'm very thankful they've answered my many, many questions! And Maintenance requests are easy and they communicate very quickly with scheduling and job completion. I moved in a few weeks ago into their Baker floorplan (788 sq ft). Apartments are newly built as of 2023. They are spacious with lots of storage space along with beautiful doors, doorframes, and baseboard finishings. The kitchen has soft close cabinetry, a wonderful large Farmhouse kitchen sink, updated appliances, and plenty of kitchen quartz countertop space (ideal for baking/cookie decorating 👩🏻🍳). Big walk-in closet and good size bathroom with good countertop space. Tall ceilings, so you don't feel claustrophobic and keyless entry is a plus! There's also a beautiful modern clubhouse, which staff offer Saturday brunch that features a different local bakery each week. The pool, mailroom and gym requires fob entry, so you feel safe. In comparison to other apartment gyms, Switchback has really good equipment options, plus a separate yoga room with more equipment choices. And last but not least, the whole complex is very well lit at night in the common areas, walkways, and carports!

I moved into this apartment complex from out of state a couple of weeks ago. The manager, Briana, has been so responsive and helpful. The apartments themselves are gorgeous and are very clean and modern. I definitely made the right choice picking switchback apartmemts!
