There laundry in the basement (paid by coins or via mobile app). #15 is a second floor (of a two-story building) one-bedroom apartment. We do have some rules: No pets, no smoking (not even outside), keep it quiet at night. In general, be nice. Deposit is $845 and we'll verify that income is at least three times the rent; run credit, background, and eviction history reports; and check references. The Flats on Sixth is a five minute walk from Central Park, and close to great local spots like Old Louisville Coffee Co-op, Old Louisville Brewery, Noble Funk Brewery, and Logan Street Mark
