I toured iota this past weekend and it is a great new complex with tons of amenities. What they present on their website is accurate as I know sometimes you see it in real life, it doesn’t always match. I did not end up applying as I found another apartment with a great deal I could not turn down, otherwise I would have applied. I still wanted to give a shout out to iota, specifically Kenny. He answered all of my questions and explained everything super clearly (and I ask a lot of questions). Kenny was very attentive and actually cares about your apartment hunting instead of just trying to fill a unit. I would still recommend iota for others and I will for sure always keep this place in mind for whenever I move again in the future.

I had some unexpected changes in my personal prior to my lease starting that created complications during my move. During the entire process, Kaylah (leasing agent) and Katy (property manager) were incredibly supportive and helpful. With all the new properties built around Denver it's nice to know that you aren't just treated as a number. Katy and Kaylah, were incredibly professional throughout my move in process and treated me with so much grace. I recommend this place to anyone, my experience has been fantastic!
