Residents are responsible for electricity through West Penn Power, gas through People's Gas, and cable service through Armstrong. A flat monthly sewage fee of $45.50 applies. At this time, no water charges are being passed through to residents; water billing will begin once a Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS) is implemented. A $15.00 monthly trash fee applies. All residents are required to maintain renter’s insurance. All applicants must: . Be 18 years or older . Provide government-issued ID .
