Modera is beautiful situated (by Route 46) yet very peaceful place to live. Staff is extremely helpful and building is beautifully designed with lots of amenities for kids and adults with spacious apartments. Additionally, Modera team continues to organise events that allows the residents to have fun and build meaningful relationships with fellow residents. Highly recommended place to make your new home.

Been living here with my girlfriend since the start of August and everything has been great. It’s still early in our lease, but so far it’s five stars for sure. First time moving out from family besides college and the transition has been easy thanks to all they have at Modera! Chloe showed us around in early July and we fell in love with the place; I would advise anyone interested book a tour since their team is informative, respectful, and organized. Website is easy to navigate with availability and floor plans, too, but we noticed units are going quickly, so would advise those interested be aggressive honestly. The buildings are all new and attractive looking, the amenities and property have all you need, and the people all seem to be happy/friendly around the area. Everyone we have interacted with throughout the staff, including maintenance, has been prompt and helpful thus far. Gym has all you need, game room is a nice change of pace, communal areas are a plus, quad areas with grills are nice for dinner, the roof offers nice views, the parking is convenient, and the entire place is very pet friendly. Overall, Modera is beautiful, the units are easily spacious enough, the pricing is reasonable compared to a crazy market, the location is practical, the vibes are great, and their team is professional. Very happy we decided to move here.
