Country Meadow sits in a beautifully landscaped location at the heart of Manhattan, KS with a sparkling swimming pool, spacious clubhouse, children’s playground, basketball court, indoor mailboxes, and onsite laundry. While our apartments feature large living spaces, fully equipped modern kitchen, central air and heat and washer/dryer connections with a choice of three floorplans with 2 or 3 bedrooms and 1 or 2 bathrooms. PET POLICY A maximum of two (2) pets are permitted. Each pet must weigh no more than 75lbs at maturity. Pet(s) must be at least one year old. Pet fee: $150 nonrefundable, Pet deposit: $250, Pet Rent: $15/month. Documentation per the pet addendum (vaccinations, photo, signed pet rules, etc) must be provided. No dangerous breeds, including, but not limited to, Pitbull, German Shepherd, Husky, Rottweiler, Doberman, Malamute, Akita, Chow and Wolf hybrids.
