To help ensure all of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a “No Pet/Animal” profile, or request accommodation for an assistance animal. All household pets must maintain an active PetScreening profile at an annual cost of $30 per pet.

This community is really clean, safe and well managed. It’s also quiet. Kristina, my leasing agent in the office, is outstanding. She kept her word and notified me of any and all price changes and was able to answer ALL of my many questions. She was really there to help make everything go smoothly. Kristina is also what makes the property great. Thank you Kristina!

I didn’t end up at the Luxe of McKinney, but I loved everything about my tour with Emily. She was personable, funny, & tailored the tour based on what she’d quickly learned about me. The unit’s decor was beautiful, area seemed well-kept and quiet, and other staff we bumped into were friendly. The snacks and free bottle of wine was a nice touch. I would recommend this place to others.
