Triad 1 Rentals is excited to have the opportunity to begin a new, positive landlord-tenant relationship with you! Here's what we are looking for in our applicants! - A credit score of 500+ (your credit score and report play a big part in deciding how much your security deposit will be). - A gross, average monthly income equal to or greater than 3x the monthly rent. - A passing criminal and evictions background check. There is an application fee of $50.00 per adult. Things to expect prior to moving in: - A security deposit will have to be paid in FULL and the lease agreement will need to be signed to reserve a unit for you for up to 30 days. - Security deposits range between the minimum amount of 1 month's rent to the maximum amount of 2 month's rent. - You will be required to get all utilities not included in your rent turned on with services to begin on or prior to your move in date. - You will be required to have a renter's insurance policy prior to moving in. - Your first full month's rent PLUS any prorated rent for early move ins will be due on or before your day of move in.
