I've read a few of the comments... I'd like to say My experience with the current property manager (Ms. Wingfield)and Her current staff have been nothing but helpful and consistent at making My Wife and I satisfied with the fact that We're relocating here from Washington DC. Anyone that thinks You can move into a property as large as this one and not experience any minor discrepancies with a unit...the main thing is that the maintenance staff satisfactorily resolved any and all (minor) issues in a very timely manner. Might I suggest relocating to Washington DC and pay $1800 to $2200 a month for an apartment of the magnitude of 1373 Village Apartments and message Me how it makes You feel 🤔 My Wife and I Love It here... it's because of the Management and Staff here... keep up the good work 👍🏿

The Leasing Consultant Jassminn was such a delight. She showed apartments similar to the one I was interested in and then the locations of apartments that would suit my needs. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the landscaping. I will be renting from them.
