I had a great experience here. New management here has definitely done a great job. Way better than more expensive apartments I've rented. Maintenance is great, front office is great and helped us out a lot. Everything is kept clean. Unit was clean upon move in, rent price is great compared to other places, and front office actually answers the phone when you call. Couldn't ask for better. Not the safest area of the city, but I never felt in danger here.

I lived in Arbor Ridge for a year before moving out last month due to relocation to another state. I would recommend this apt complex: my apartment was nice, the community is kept clean, it's quiet, maintenance has a quick turn-around and the leasing office staff are friendly. I was in/out of the leasing office in minutes on my move-in day. My apartment was ready and clean.I noticed a few things during my walk-through that needed to be fixed and they were addressed within days. During the year, maintenance addressed any issues I had within 24-48 hours. I had an emergency issue within my first month and Bert came right away to resolve the issue. Bert mainly answered my tickets but everyone else who helped or I came across outside was just as friendly. Leasing Staff: I only dealt with Clay throughout my time there and she also helped me with my move-out process. Clay is always friendly and helpful. Amenities: I used the pool, gym & business center and they were always clean- no issues. I thought it was nice that they allowed the kids to get hot chocolate in the leasing office after school, that area was also kept clean when I took my daughter. Move-out: No issues, no surprise charges as of now. Overall I had a pleasant time living there, thank you!
