I love living here! Maintenance always responds quickly and the office management staff are very kind and willing to go above and beyond for the residents! Common areas are well maintained and clean, and the other residents are very friendly! It’s a nice, quiet place to call home!

This apartment facility is amazing. With multiple options to choose from and great aminities that include dog wash station, mailroom, package room, fun community activites every month, a pool with grills all around the community, a dog park, table tennis, foosball and kitchen beside the pool, a gym, and plenty of areas for the dog to move around. The staff are friendly, informative, and inviting. This community is great!
I'm well into my 2nd year / 2nd lease with Hawthorne at Horse Pen Creek. I continue to enjoy living here. Its just me and my daughter, so its important that we feel safe and secure in our surroundings. Hawthorne at Horse Pen Creek delivers on that. The staff are always delightful and quite helpful with any need or concern. The property is always clean, nicely manicured and well kept. I also love that the neighborhood is quiet and never have people just standing around or hanging around. If people are outside they are either walking for exercise, taking their dog for a walk, or going to or from their car. As stated, I'm well into my 2nd lease and I will not have a problem going into a 3rd if I do not choose to buy a home before then. P.S. My apartment is spacious, lovely, and full of natural light.

Her highly professional tenant-friendly approach, coupled with relentless support and prompt response to all that makes every one happy and to the best satisfaction are unmatched in many other communities.

We had an excellent experience living at Hawthorne at Horse Pen Creek. We stayed for two years and had zero complaints. The maintenance team was always fast, professional, and caring, addressing requests promptly and thoroughly. The management team was equally superb—friendly, professional, and always attentive. Their regular resident events, like food trucks and holiday socials, made the community feel vibrant and engaging.
The amenities are top-notch. The 24-hour fitness center is modern and well-maintained, offering convenience for any schedule. The resort-style pool is perfect for relaxing or socializing, and the cyber café provides a quiet, productive space with reliable Wi-Fi. For pet owners, the dog park is spacious and well-kept, showing the community’s dedication to being pet-friendly.

I was looking for a new apartment in a new town, and although this location didn’t work with my commute, I had a very memorable experience with Sam. She was very knowledgeable about the area and answered all the questions I had. If they were closer to my job, I 100% would have picked this place. I loved everything about it!

We love living here! The staff is so kind and helpful, and speedy with any concerns/requests we have. They spend lots of time making sure the grounds are well taken care of, and residents are happy with our homes. It’s a great complex!
