I have been here a few months with only the general issues that you normally find in an apartment (dryers could be better) . Maintenence is wonderful! Front staff isn't rude, other places set low bars- this place did a great job! They also just replaced all the roofing and it looks really nice.

This place is great. We've lived here since February and it has been a great experience. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and there's never a shortage of parking spaces. The maintenance staff is prompt when things need to be fixed and on top of things. The grounds are well-maintained. Heating and air conditioning work wonderfully and there are no pests. The ladies that work in the office are also very nice and accomodating. The buildings are a little older, but excellent especially for the price we pay for it.
