My husband, baby and I are new to the state and needed a rental until we find a home to buy. We initially wanted to rent a home but this was a great compromise because of the size and the attached garage. The neighborhood is great with lots of families. We have a nice little space in the back for a grill and some grassy area to play outside. Since we began the process of inquiring about the townhome and moving in, we have been given such great support. We always get quick responses to all emails and the management is so helpful! We, as a young family, highly recommend living here!

Love the quaint little community. Pretty quiet but everyone I've met so far are friendly. Service techs are great--Bret and Zoey are the best! Efficient, friendly faces and great communication regarding my service requests. Once I enter a service request, I know it will be taken care of soon. I love living here, you will too!
