Great, personable, very accommodating staff, timely maintenance. Apartments are nice and being refurbished. Only complaint is strange hallway smells and the laundry driers take 3 cycles.

I just simply love my place here. I have an efficiency and it's super nice and cozy. Got new kitchen, new carpets and the bathroom has also been refurbished. I'm so glad that it's quiet and just a 20 minutes bus ride away from downtown In case of urgent grocery needs, there is a seven eleven opened 24/7 just a few steps away from home. The leasing office were very helpful and allowed me to move in earlier than the lease start. As an international student, signing the lease was of no hassle and the staff were very understanding and helpful. would definitely recommend.
