This property features a large front porch and an expansive backyard with covered space attached to the garage. Tenants are only responsible for lawn care, snow removal and a monthly $12 admin fee. The owner pays for electric, gas, water, and trash! Bring your pets! Two small pets allowed, cats or dogs, or one medium-sized dog allowed. $200 non refundable pet fee, $40 pet rent for the first pet, $60 for two. Breed restrictions apply. This is a professionally managed home from the folks at Housing Hub. Online access makes applying, paying rent and scheduling maintenance a breeze.
