Experience the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in the heart of Pagosa Springs! Apartment is pet friendly with approval and additional pet deposit ($300 per pet) & rent ($35 per pet). Water, Sewer, Electricity, and Gas will be billed back to the tenant to be paid each month. Trash is a flat $20 fee, Cable and Internet are $100 a month. Renter's Insurance is required. Hands down the nicest apartments i have ever lived in! The on-site manager is super friendly and the location couldn’t be better. Not to mention the views from our rooms! Highly recommend to anyone looking for housing in the Pagosa Springs area.
