Pet Fee: $150 per pet, due at move-in. Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per pet, due with monthly rent. Quest Management Group, LLC restricts the following breeds (including any mix containing one or more of the breeds listed below) from residing within any Quest community: American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Akita, Boxer, Bulldog, Bull Mastiff, Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Cane Corso, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Dogo Argentino, Great Dane, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Rottweiler, Shepherd Dog, Siberian Husky, and Wolf or Wolf-Hybrid breeds. This list is subject to modification or expansion at any time at the discretion of management. Mixed-breed determinations shall be made based on visual identification and/or veterinary documentation. All pets must comply with the community’s maximum weight limit at full maturity. For puppies or kittens, management will evaluate the projected adult weight based on breed standards and veterinary documentation prior to approval. Residents must provide: Current veterinary records, including vaccination history and verification of spay/neuter status (if applicable). Any additional documentation requested by management for verification purposes. Failure to disclose or obtain prior approval for a pet may result in lease violations and associated penalties, including but not limited to the removal of the animal from the premises. Assistance Animals: Pursuant to the Fair Housing Act and Maryland law, animals that are properly verified as service animals or emotional support animals (ESAs) are not subject to pet fees, weight limits, or breed restrictions.

I have been living at Emerald Apartments since May 2020 after leaving NYC and dealing with the death of my husband of 13 years. Veronica was my first point of contact and from the beginning of the application process until now I have felt home here. Since I have been here, they have implemented resident engagement projects, from breakfast, to door decorations competitions to referral programs. (Being that I’m an HR professional, this is big for me). You don’t feel like you’re just another dollar to the community, but you feel at home. Working with Gladis and Frederick(before he got promoted) has also been welcoming and supportive. They have a user friendly resident portal, they are prompt about addressing your concerns and the fact they are now implementing a new door system for added security just let’s you know they have us in mind. I love living here, it’s convenient, as I don’t drive, I have made this community my sanctuary thanks to the community that Veronica, Gladis, Frederick and their team has fostered. I have referred others to live here because of this team. I have never experienced a more supportive, understanding, reasonable, and efficient residential community than the one we have here. If I could give 100 stars, I would.
