Great complex! I was an out of state move, unfamiliar with the area. Miles was great about answering any questions, sending photos, keeping in touch in regards to the lease, my arrival. The manager Joanna was always very kind and helpful. I felt very safe there, never had an issue with vehicle/apartment break ins. The maintenance staff is excellent. They were very fast (most of the time within a few hours of submitting a request), called/texted to confirm, professional, and got the job done every time. The landscapers were there 2x per week. Grounds were always well kept throughout the entire complex (not just by the office), with a large variety of colorful plants. It is not gated, but I'd always see staff/security driving around on a cart keeping an eye on things. I was there for almost 2 years and lived in one of their renovated 2B/2B units and also their Junior 1B/1B unit. 10 minute drive to the beach, close to everything you'd need. It is located behind the county government building, so the large police presence across the street also provides an extra sense of security. If I ever move back to the area, I wouldn't hesitate to lease from The Capes again!

Capes at Ventura: A Place You Can Call Home (Thanks to the Amazing Staff!) I recently moved into Capes at Ventura, and I have to say, I'm incredibly impressed! But what truly elevates this apartment complex is the exceptional staff. From the very beginning, my leasing agent, Adrian Welcher, went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly patient, answered all my questions thoroughly, and even helped me find the perfect apartment for my needs. The entire leasing team, including Nicole, Erin, and Emma, were also fantastic. They were always friendly, helpful, and made me feel genuinely welcome. Joanna Sanchez, Sr. Community Manager, deserves special mention as well. Her warm personality and professionalism made me feel right at home the moment I met her. The maintenance staff, with Jacob, and Rodrigo? (Not sure of his name, sorry :( ) being a particular standout, is another big plus. They're prompt, efficient, and always friendly. It's clear that everyone at Capes at Ventura takes pride in their work and truly cares about their residents. Overall, Capes at Ventura is a fantastic place to live. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, the amenities are top-notch, but the staff is what truly sets this place apart. They create a warm and welcoming environment that makes you feel like part of a community. If you're looking for a new place to call home in Ventura, I highly recommend Capes at Ventura!
