My experience with moving in here was slightly stressful due to a timeline that had me staying in hotels in the area, but Jaqueline Rittenhouse at the leasing office was fantastic every step of the way! I walked in to the office on a Saturday and even though it was busy Jaqueline made sure she took the time to show me a unit, even without a prior appointment. After filling out a leasing application, Jaqueline made sure she stayed on top of the resident check company to ensure everything came back in a timely manner. I had to work through the week but Jaqueline called me with updates regarding my application to make sure I was tracking everything as it was happening, and when I finally moved in (less than a week after my application), Jaqueline made sure that I had everything I needed. There were obviously some wear and tear issues on first getting into the apartment that I found while doing a base clean before I brought my things in, but the maintenance staff were extremely quick to come over and fix all of the issues. Overall I am excited to be here and very pleased with all of the staff that I’ve interacted with!
