I absolutely love living at Monterey! The atmosphere here is so peaceful and quiet, which is perfect for unwinding after a long day of work and school. The spacious floor plans are a huge plus, giving me plenty of room to relax and entertain guests and family comfortably. The management team is friendly and responsive, always addressing any concerns promptly, Courtney has been a joyful addition to overseeing this community and has really been super welcoming and endearing. Plus, having access to two pools adds an extra touch of luxury to the living experience here in Jacksonville!

I moved to Monterey Apartments after being referred by a friend who absolutely loves living here. And I can totally see why she loves it so much! The staff is great and Rebecca goes above and beyond! I love my spacious apartment and the peaceful setting under the canopy of beautiful trees. It's a quiet and clean community to live in. The layout of the community is well designed with 2 pools, fitness gym and plenty of parking. I must add that I looked at other Apartments in the area before moving here and none came close to the sizes, layouts and cleanliness offered at Monterey. I was thrilled with how spotless my apartment was when I moved in!!! Love living here!!!
