Great company to rent from! I have lived in my apartment on Cambridge for almost a year and am very happy living here and love calling it home. It's a small company with a property manager and two maintenance staff members which are all incredibly friendly and courteous. They really seem to care about their tenants and try their best to keep everyone happy. I have only had a few minor maintenance requests and they are very responsive and quick to make any repairs. The very first thing I noticed when the nice gentleman who does the majority of the repairs comes to your apartment, he automatically takes his shoes off without ever being asked to. That shows they are very respectful of others! I've lived in many buildings in this area, and I have never seen that before. The property manager always responds promptly to emails and is very friendly and easy to communicate with. There is parking, however I have been told there is a waiting list, but it's nice that parking is onsite. They take care of the building and even have an exterminator visit the building once a month. You can request to have the exterminator stop by your apartment if you would like. So far, I have never had a need since I have never seen any bugs thus far. The heat is ample and FREE, and apartments also include a built-in air conditioner. I would definitely recommend Okonski and am looking forward to continuing to call it home.

Owners repair things fast when reported, no major issues with bugs, they do their best with keeping packages safe storing them in a separate office room. Only complaint was that moving in was a little rough with lack of parking for moving vehicle.
