My experience is that what I saw on Craigslist being advertised as a premium property, has serious problems. Lobos Mgt is charging premium prices here for a sub-par facility. No work out gyms, no pools, no bike storage, no community room, no playgrounds, no tennis, no basketball, no free wifi or internet, nothing. The garbage area was a disaster filled with trash spilled out of the dumpsters, the storage units were half-abandoned with junk, and I saw laundry out of order. The elevators are covered with scratched-in grafitti, lightbulbs were burned out in the hallways, the floor in the lobby hasn't been sealed and maintained and it shows serious wear, wall paper is coming loose all over, the postal facility is half-broken, scratched with grafitti, and has no garbage can for tenants. Real let-down.

Management company is incompetent. Items remain unfixed. Leaky faucets, broken air conditioning, leaking pipes and unpainted repairs, broken laundry facilities that never get fixed. Lights in hallways often burned out. Doors propped open. Rats and raccoons infest the stinking garbage area. Go elsewhere or be prepared to suffer.
