(RLNE998939) Hello, I'm looking for another girl to take over my lease in October (though you can move in before that), which goes until next summer, at the Ranch at Star Pass. The rent is only $299 instead of $349. The apartment and bedroom is furnished. It is a room in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Besides electricity all utilities, including WiFi and cable, are included. Only the kitchen and living room are shared amongst all four roommates as there are two separate hallways, each having 2 bedrooms, 2 vanities, and 1 bathroom. Electricity is split 4 ways among roommates. 2 guys and 1 girl are the roommates. The apartment complex also has a pool/spa, free tanning, theatre room, fitness room, shuttles to the U of A, and many other amenities. One of the best decisions I have ever made! love this place! The staff are the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is fun and enjoyable. maintenance is very friendly and reliable. no noise complaints, and the fact that its off campus makes it so much more better. I meet many people that live here and made many new friends. rent is cheap considering all the perks. love this place!

if you’re thinking about living here, do it! best choice i’ve ever made i lived at the reserve for 2 years, and honestly i couldn’t picture living anywhere else. reading the negative reviews i thought, “are they living at a different apartment?” my experience was nothing but positive, coming from an apartment with terrible management i felt so welcomed here from the first day i moved in. all of the workers and leasing agents are so kind and willing to help with anything! i only had one issue within the two years, my washer broke and the maintenance workers replaced it within the hour, which was great. there are hiking trails within walking distance, great amenities, and the apartment complex itself is well maintained and very nice. if i could live here longer i would and sad i have to move away because i don’t think i could find a better place to live than the reserve! thank you guys for everything!
