I toured the property today and Samantha showed me several units, she seemed very knowledgeable of the questions I was asking. Overall, it was a great experience and I’m definitely considering Silvan as a place to move in to.

Sylvan is a total "step up" from all the places I have ever lived, excluding the house I've lived in some years ago. The environment that the Sylvan Townhomes is situated within, promotes total peace and comfort. Sylvan is what I call luxury. From management to ownership, caring, honest and dedication to excellence,is what you will receive at Sylan. One caveat, after reading the reviews, I am prompted to say, when applying to move in to Sylvan I was transparently advised of the changes that were made at this location to improve conditions for the residents. Everything that I was told that has been done to improve the property conditions appears to been addressed. I do not feeling safe, nor do my two young children. My children talk about how much they like where they live all the time. Quite frankly, this place is a hidden gem.
