We’ve been here for a couple months now, and so far we have found it to be quiet, maintenance is quick to respond and front desk staff are super nice. And we really like the feeling of living “downtown” with the way Summit Pointe is designed. (Posted kitchen & part of living room pics w/ my handsome hunny & sleeping fur-kiddos…LOL)
