If you have any choice at all, DON'T MOVE HERE. There is a known rat problem, trash problems and management is awful. No onsite management means your neighbors get away with leaving trash on the stairs and dumping trash and junk all around the dumpster area. Management is awful upon move out, make sure you have copies of every interaction with them and get ready to pay. Seriously, the rent here is high but living here is so uncomfortable. I would leave for hours in the afternoons just to avoid being home. Water would pour under the front door when it rained, plus the trash piles and mice and nothing was ever done about any of it! Save yourself and go somewhere else. Same company manages Emerson apartments on Sutherland. Check out their reviews and/or emerson tennants association on FB and see for yourself.
