I have loved living here. Very friendly and helpful staff at the office willing to always do anything they can to help you. Maintenance is great and quick. The whole neighborhood is quiet and very pet friendly. The Adelade is probably the best place in South Knox, especially if you love the outdoors. Many walkable places, including breweries, food, mtn bike parks, and water views. Overall I'm glad I spent my time here and loved every day of it!

Would definitely recommend living here! The staff is very friendly and always on top of everything. Especially when it comes to maintenance. The complex is also very dog friendly and has a lot of potty stations for your dog! The amenities are great and they offer lots of hangout spots indoor and outdoor. Not only that, but there are tons of restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Probably the best apartment complex in South Knox!
