This is a very well kept complex! So many beautiful trees, and always green grass! It's in a perfect location, central to Glendale, moon valley, Scottsdale, sin city. It's right in the middle of all these cities. The staff is great! Both front desk and maintenance. All very friendly, Dave is definitely one of my favorites. He's a go getter for sure! They always respond quickly and makes sure we have what we need or need fixed. Thank you all! We really appreciate you guys!

WOW! Our new property manager Stacy is awesome!!!! đź‘Ť We have all new maintenance staff as well. Ryan the maintenance manager is the best. Much love. Had a problem with our dishwasher and he replaced it right away. If you are looking for a new apartment I would highly recommend a walk through. I am saying this because the new change from management here is positive and delightful. Like a breath of fresh air.
