Roland is the guy who will take care of everything. He is very friendly and willing to help. When Roland is off, Adam is there to help. Both are very nice!! We moved in without looking due to out of State moving. Even if building itself is not a brand new one, all the appliances , floors, and interiors are new! The maintenance guy, Juan, is very skillful and always on the go! Location is prime! It's on a relatively quiet street, especially compared to Marengo or Arroyo, yet very convenient! It's close to everything and even walkable. We lived on the top floor. We enjoyed the view! On July 7th, I was sitting on the balcony enjoying the fireworks! A safe and convenient place to live in!
My son finally moved in to his 1 bedroom apartment . From the initial research phase to the actual move in we were helped immensely by Roland since all needed could be accomplished remotely. The description and the picture on the website was correct. The application and rental contract process was streamlined. But what made this experience seamless was , The property manager Roland Thomas’ personal involvement and his diligent help during several procedural steps.
as far as the actual establishment : The complex is well maintained, quiet, secure, excellent spot, walk-in distance to many restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised. Cozy, practical, decent amount of light and comfortable design.
So far Arpeggio apartments and it’s staff under Roland’s leadership delivered to our expectations.
We lived at Arpeggio for approximately 2 years. We cannot thank Roland enough for his attentiveness throughout our residency. All our service requests were completed within hours of submitting or maximum the next day. We experienced friendly interactions with everyone in the building and could not have been more pleased! I highly recommend this community - if you’re looking for a quiet place to call home. The best part is - it’s super dog friendly! Roland, thank you for always looking out for us!

This review is for the apartment tour only and the leasing agent, Adam* I am not a resident here. (He did not ask me to write this review, I just wanted to because it was such an informative tour compared to others).
Adam toured my husband and I the 1s week of January 2024 and after a few weeks of touring, I would like to say that he was one of the top leasing agents.
My husband and I are looking for 2BR apartments in this neighboorhood as we currently live nearby. Unfortunately, the balcony aspect we were looking for was not what we wanted and there wasn't much inventory. (For those who want a concrete, non see through balcony. They don't have that. It's a very sturdy steel like balcony which I will add will work for most but I am very selective and lowkey scared of it even though I know it's safe. Adam even jumped on it to assure me lol). I just can't risk conquering that anxiety fear of mine for that price unless it was a balcony I really wanted.
It's in a wonderful location (quiet street on Cordova) for being in old town pasadena and the apartment was spacious, with all hard wood flooring, lots of natural sunlight, lots of cabinets for storage and spacious. Adam was very professional, friendly and caring. He let us know that the building/gym is currently being remodeled and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to others looking for a comfortable apartment in Old Town. There is no pool but there is a gym and parcel lockers for packages. Sad there wasn't more inventory but hope this helps someone else.
Also, there is now free visitor parking that isn't metered in front of the complex which I know is important here in pasadena.

We love living at Arpeggio! We have lived here for 2 years and couldn't be happier. The location is great - we walk to dinner and activities daily. It is extremely safe - access to the building or parking is by gate/scanning only. Parking is especially safe behind two gates. Two elevators, one extra large so moving in was an absolute breeze. We have a dog and she is very happy here, pet area is large and grassy with baggie dispenser. The gym is great - we work out most days and it is well equipped with the weights and machines we need for intense body building or casual exercise. It is very quiet here, everyone is respectful with noise and we don't even notice things outside our windows.
The buildings are very clean and well-maintained - Elizabeth works hard every day, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning glass. One great example is the trash room which is on the parking garage level - maintaining that much waste from the buildings is insane, and she is in there stacking boxes, and keeping it looking great, especially smelling great as she mops with bleach daily. I can't tell you how much that is appreciated. We have a landscape team who regularly see to the plants, keeping everything beautiful (the courtyards are one of my favorite parts of this place).
Juan does a great job with any maintenance request we have - they are responded to immediately and resolved well. Our apartment isn't one of the updated ones (yet!) since we moved in during covid, so naturally we have needed small things done. At those times I expected just a repair or fix, and instead we received a brand new appliance or fixture. For example, our apartment did not have a ceiling fixture in the living room (very normal in Pas and we knew this before moving in) and I asked if we purchased our own fan if they wouldn't mind installing. Instead, Juan showed up the next day with a brand new fan and installed it within an hour, free of charge. Instances like this are consistent - they are fantastic at handling anything that may arise.
The other shining star here is Roland, the property manager, he is the MAN. He answers calls right away, emails promptly, and communicates with the entire community in a timely manner if things arise. He is thoughtful and knows each tenant and their needs. I truly mean these words - we are so lucky to have found this place, and have no complaints at all. Come live here - you will not regret it!

I really enjoy living at Arpeggio. I was initially moving from Dallas during COVID and was apprehensive about signing a lease without seeing the apartment in real life. The staff did a great job w/ their virtual tour and answering all the questions I had. Once I moved in, I knew I made the right decision. Just walking distance from Colorado Blvd, Whole Foods, and other apartment complexes makes it the ideal location. It has a 24 hour gym w/ enough gym equipment. Assigned parking spots, w/ enough guest parking. Prompt replies to emails/phone calls and prompt completion of maintenance requests. 6 minute drive from Huntington Hospital (great for people who work here!) Lastly, Roland is very friendly and will make sure to help you out in any and all ways possible! All in all, very satisfied with Arpeggio Apartments!!!

I moved to Arpeggio a month ago and have had a great experience thus far.
The location is excellent. Old Pasadena, Target, and Whole Foods are just 3 minutes away by car and <15 minutes away walking. Rent was the best I could find for this area with in-unit laundry. I appreciate the Whirlpool appliances (stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer) and the dual-pane windows, which moderate the temperature. The complex is very clean and safe, requiring a key fob to unlock the gates/doors. Lastly, the apartment manager Roland and the rest of the staff are very helpful and attentive to residents’ needs.
I would not hesitate to recommend Arpeggio to anyone moving to Pasadena.
