Looking for an absolutely beautiful place to live check out RI. You walk in to the beautiful marble flooring which has your mail boxes, package delivery room, work out gym and a huge beautiful room you can reserve for holidays, parties and various other activities! Building is very secure and safety all provided to tenants by programming entry to building as well as your apartment. Apartments have all white walls with high end appliances and a modern European look. Air ventilation in hallways, always fresh and clean. Wonderful on site maintenance and management in a family owned complex. I could go on and on but I can guarantee you will not be disappointed if you choose RI as your home!!! Here to stay☺️

I recently had the pleasure of residing at R.I. Apartments, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The entire living experience at this apartment complex is nothing short of five stars, and I'm delighted to share my detailed review. If it weren’t for my partner and I moving in together, I undoubtedly would be resigning my lease here. Apartment Features: The apartments are nothing less than luxurious. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the modern and tasteful interior design. The space was immaculate, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner. The floor plan was thoughtfully laid out, optimizing both functionality and comfort. I work from home and there was a perfect nook where I could have my desk set up that was separate from my living room and bedroom space (HUGE plus in an apartment). The kitchen boasted high-end appliances, and the bedroom was spacious with ample storage. The large windows allowed for an abundance of natural light, elevating the overall living experience. Amenities: The range of amenities offered is simply astounding. The fitness center was well-equipped and clean, making workouts convenient and enjoyable. Having a trash collection room on each floor was so handy, especially in the winter when you would rather do anything else besides walk your trash outside to a dumpster in sub-zero temperatures. I also rented a parking spot in the underground, temperature-controlled parking garage. The garage parking fee is incredibly affordable so if you are on the fence about adding on a garage spot, go ahead and do it, you will not regret it! The package receiving room was always secure and organized. Maintenance and Management: The management team at R.I. deserves high praise for their attentiveness and professionalism. I cannot thank them enough for being so responsive and helpful as I moved here from out of state. I was unable to tour the property before signing my lease and management made sure to answer all of my questions and send me photos of the unit so I was able to make an educated decision before signing. After moving in, any maintenance requests (there were very few) were promptly addressed, and the staff was always friendly and approachable. In conclusion, my stay at R.I. was truly unforgettable. I have lived in many apartment complexes over the years and this one has been my favorite by far. The combination of its fantastic location, luxurious apartments, top-notch amenities, exceptional management, and focus on security made it a place I was proud to call home. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment complex to anyone seeking an elevated living experience. I can confidently say that you won't be disappointed.
