WOW ! Words cannot not even begin to describe how amazing this apartment complex is. Not only is this place BRAND new, but the people that make up the staff to come along with it is unmatched. I moved in to Dawson Park a day before Hurricane Ida from out-of-state... so i was under an extreme amount of stress. However, the staff made the move-in as seamless as it could be, considering the circumstances. I haven't had a chance to meet the entire staff yet, but our Community Manager, Rebba and Assistant CM, Kacie are the absolute best. From the get-go, they were extremely organized with all of our leasing paperwork and diligent about returning any questions that came up. I have had a couple bad experiences with places I used to live at here in Baton Rouge, dealing with A LOT of incompetence, which made for a bad living experience. Also, when we did a walk-through of our new unit on move-in day, we noticed a couple minor things that needed fixing (like one bathroom vent was not working properly). It was nothing major that needed immediate attention, but when I put the work order in, the maintenance crew came to fix it right away. I just can't get over how these people actually care about their tenants and want to make it an incredible experience, so I truly appreciate the hard work that they do to make it that way. And of course the apartment itself is a dream. Brand new everything. All stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors all thruout, beautiful granite countertops and kitchen backsplash... I'm obsessed. FIVE. STARS. So glad I went with Dawson Park Apartments :)

Loved, loved, loved. Best apartment complex I ever lived in. I only moved because I had to leave the state. The neighborhood is super quiet, the apartment complex takes cleanliness very serious. I never had one bug in my apartment, not even an ant Leslie in the office is absolutely great and she really cares about her tenants. 10/10 for sure. It’s worth every penny. I moved to Baton Rouge from another state alone and didn’t know a soul. Leslie and Alexis were very nice and made me feel welcomed. I’ve never felt as safe as I did in an apartment complex as I did at Dawson park.
