We started building the Lake Apartments in 2019 and just finished in April 2022. All the units are just like brand new apartments with 3 beds/2 bathrooms, 2 beds + utility room/ 2 bathrooms, and 1 bed/1 bathroom apartment units. With a prime location, you're just a walk away from the city town center with shopping, restaurants, and more! Hop right on the freeway within a minute and you're only 30 minutes to Bellevue, Seattle, and Lynnwood

We lived here for almost 3 years, and the ONLY reason we moved out is because we bought a place. And even then, it was hard to leave! It was that great of place. We would have stayed until something forced us to move. I was one of the first to move in, so the brand new appliances were fabulous. But outside of the obvious benefit of renting something new, the management is fantastic. The very few maintenance needs I had were taken care of right away, communication was great, they were flexible during both moving in and out, I locked myself out once and someone was right there to let me in, and they are just friendly people. Not overbearing to bother you, but happy to talk if they see you out and about. I rented for 15 years, in many different locations, and I've rented from 2 places that would deserve 5 stars. This is definitely one of them. If you are looking to move to Monroe, or somewhere in Snohomish County, I definitely recommend this complex.

The Lake Apartments are truly the nicest in Monroe! They are roomy, affordable, and clean. The management is beyond amazing. Their response time for maintenance or concerns of any kind is impeccable. I HIGHLY recommend The Lake Apartments!
