We are coming up on a year of living here and really enjoy it. Rick, one of the maintenance guys is excellent. We had an A/C issue, he came and fixed the problem quickly. I've also always had pleasant interactions with the leasing office staff and the other maintenance staff.

I've been living here for three years now and I have to be honest it has had its ups and downs, but the new maintenance department has gotten 100% better. Rick and Ray came to my apartment and were able to repair a few of the issues and are coming tomorrow to fix the rest. They are super friendly and respectful and are always keeping the surroundings clean. They are very knowledgeable. I really hope they stay around for a long time!
