6 unit property, front and back units. Both 1st floor units are small 1 bedrooms. Second and third floor units are smaller 2 bedroom units. Great location, small units with small bedrooms. Laundry room in basement, uses "WASH" app. We do not service. Individual furnaces in each unit, 1st floor furnaces are in the basement. Individual water tanks in each unit. Tenants pay their own gas and electric. Owner pays for common area electric. Laundry machines are electric as well, no common gas account.
