Just renewed our lease because we love the convenience of being near school, shopping and dining. The apartment is great and spacious. The patio is a good size to just relax and unwind after a long day. The staff is super friendly and professional and always greeting you with a smile. Emerson the community manager, is always very helpful and keep us very informed. As a Business Major, Emerson would be the type of person I would hire to run my business. If you're looking for a place, near CSULB, I highly recommend Patio Gardens.

After viewing my new apt at Patio Gardens I fell in love. There is a lot of space and the overall vibe is amazingly calm. The manager Emerson is one of the best most kind hearted guys you'll meet. He has a great sense of humor and will make you feel like your right at home. Love this place and I highly recommend it.
