I've lived here for two years and it's been a great location. The apartments are bigger than most Beaverton apartments, and the rent is great comparable to nearby places. It's within walking distance of downtown Beaverton, and close to a lot of parks and walking trails. The management and repairmen have been helpful and easy to get ahold of. People are mostly quiet and keep to themselves. Highly recommend living here.
