I just finished off my lease last month and I wanted to give feedback because I’ve only seen negative and it’s not adding up to me. I lived here for only a year but never have had any alarming problems. Maintenance was prompt, the property was well-kept, and I genuinely felt safe there which was one of my main reasonings for choosing Moon City. As expected when you’re living in an apartment, yes I did on occasions hear my neighbors and the halls do tend to echo, however it didn’t cause as much of a disturbance or concern for me. As far as these ‘moving out fees’ go, I’m not too sure what people are talking about. I left my apartment in good condition, clean and empty, and got my deposit fully refunded and had no move-put charges; only the remainder of my utility bill which is nothing compared to most rentals in Springfield. I enjoyed the period of my life here and would recommend Moon City if anyone’s considering it. :)
