I really don’t understand why there are these bad reviews. I’ve rented more apartments then I can count. Zero of them have treated me with any decency. I’ve been here for 6 months and they have been way more kind then they needed to be. Any little thing that has needed fixed they usually get to it that day. It’s like people think there should be super high end materials in a n apartment for some reason. When you have countless people moving in and out of a small place it’s impossible to keep it perfect. My unit was as close to perfect as I’ve got in other places. I think people only leave reviews when they are upset and not when they are satisfied. So don’t pay attention to the negative people on here the Jax is a great place to rent from.

My wife and I went out to view one of the units and the Leasing Agent Christy Alverado was really friendly, professional and informational. We told her about our situation and that we probably cant meet the applicant criteria and she was very understanding. Christy gave us a bunch of helpful information and even though we didn't apply there she checked up on us and has become a reliable resource. I cant say the same about other places we've talked with and have tried contacting. Most people won't think twice about you if you don't buy or qualify for what they are selling. Christy Alverado is definitely not one of those people and I highly recommend her to whoever that is looking to rent. Don't believe me?? Go there and find out for yourself.
