Pros and Cons Pro: Beautiful lighting, long hallway depending on the apartment you stay in, high ceiling, down the street fromm 5 point district Con: No elevator, sometimes the jot water goes out, living room is cold during the winter even though the heat is on because of the high ceiling, bathroom fixtures outdated and paint peeling, parking sucks especially during the weekend, no parking lot for residents,strangers sitting on the porch.
