SHE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP YOU ANY WAY SHE CAN. SHES VERY FRIENDLY, ALWAYS ASK HOW AM I DOING, THAT MEANS A LOT TO ME. IVE HAD SOME DOWN DAYS AND LORI ALWAYS LISTENED AND GAVE ME HOPE.AGAIN I SAY SHES AWESOME.

I know there has been concern about the previous reviews but I just wanted to say that my experience has been great. The staff is genuine and personable. They take calls at any time and always follow up with any issue you bring to their attention. I know they have had to deal with some issues over time but I’ve seen a huge difference in how things are handled. I appreciate Lori’s help with everything she’s done for me and the fact that she communicates the steps taken to make it happen.
